Voxeliz is a product of GYTWorkz Technologies Pvt Ltd (“GYTWorkz”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared when you visit the Voxeliz website or request early access. It covers information submitted through the invite form, feedback provided on the website, website analytics, hosting and links to external websites.

This policy applies only to the Voxeliz website at voxeliz.gytworkz.com. It does not apply to other GYTWorkz websites or services.

Information submitted through the invite form

If you request early access to Voxeliz, the invite form collects your name and email address. You may also provide your organisation, contact number and a description of what you would capture. These additional fields are optional.

The information you submit is used to respond to your request and contact you about early access to Voxeliz. The form does not ask for passwords or payment details.

When a request is submitted, the website also records the time of submission and the site from which the request was sent. Where referral information is included in the link, the website may record how you arrived at the page, such as through an event QR code.

Optional feedback after submission

After submitting the invite form, you may answer two optional questions: when you would want to use Voxeliz and how clear you found the website.

If you indicate that the website was unclear, you may also describe what was unclear in a few words.

Your responses are emailed to support@gytworkz.com together with the email address you provided in the invite form.

How invite requests are transmitted

When the form submits successfully, your invite request is sent by email to support@gytworkz.com through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), configured in the United States (us-east-1).

Invite requests and the associated post-submission feedback are handled as emails received by GYTWorkz. They are not stored in a Voxeliz database.

Amazon SES records information about emails sent and the recipient email addresses. Failed messages are not stored by the service.

If the website cannot send your request, it opens your device’s default email application with the details filled in. You can then decide whether to send the email yourself.

Preventing repeated submissions

To limit repeated submissions, the website temporarily holds your IP address in server memory. It is not saved as a persistent record and is cleared when the server restarts.

Google Analytics

The Voxeliz website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. It uses the same Google Analytics account as the main GYTWorkz website.

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about website activity, including pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device details, and how visitors arrived at the website.

The Voxeliz website does not currently display a cookie banner or provide a separate on-site consent choice for analytics cookies.

The website also tells Google Analytics when the invite form is opened and when it is submitted, and which button on the page was used. This does not include your name, email address or anything you type into the form.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Feedback when the invite form is closed

If you close the invite form without submitting it, the website may ask you once what held you back.

If you select an answer, that response is sent to Google Analytics without your name or email address. The information sent also includes the number of form fields you had completed and where on the page you opened the form.

If you select “Something else” and enter a short explanation, that text is emailed to support@gytworkz.com instead of being sent to Google Analytics. It is sent without your name or email address.

Your browser remembers that this question has been asked, so the website does not ask you again.

Feedback on website demos

After you use certain demos on the website, you may be asked whether the demo was useful. If you respond, your answer is sent to Google Analytics.

Demo video link

When you select the link to the product demo video, the website tells Google Analytics that the link was used.

The Voxeliz website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with content delivered through Amazon CloudFront. The hosting infrastructure is located in the United States.

AWS may maintain standard technical request logs for security and operational purposes. These logs may include information such as IP address, browser details and request time.

The website serves its fonts, images and promotional video from the GYTWorkz domain. It does not request access to your camera, microphone or device location.

The Voxeliz website contains links to LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Medium, including links to team profiles and company pages. It also links to a product demo video on YouTube.

These are links to external websites, not embedded content. The linked services do not load through these links unless you choose to open them.

Once you visit an external website, its own privacy policy and practices govern how it handles your information. GYTWorkz does not control those practices.

Information submitted through the invite form is used to respond to early-access requests and manage the related communication. Optional feedback provided through the website helps us understand when visitors may want to use Voxeliz and identify opportunities to improve the website.

Website analytics help us understand visits, usage and traffic sources. Hosting and content-delivery services support the operation of the website.

The services involved in these activities are:

• Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES): Sends invite requests and feedback by email.
• Microsoft 365: Receives and stores invite and feedback emails in our mailbox.
• Google Analytics: Measures website visits and usage, including use of the invite form, the demo video link and selected feedback responses.
• Amazon Web Services and Amazon CloudFront: Host and deliver the website.

We do not sell information submitted through the invite form or feedback questions, and we do not use that information for advertising.

Invite-request and feedback emails are retained for as long as necessary to respond to early-access requests and manage the related communication, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The specific retention period and deletion process depend on GYTWorkz's record-handling practices.

Deletion involves removing the relevant invite and feedback emails from the mailbox.

The Voxeliz website uses encryption to help protect information while it is being transmitted between your browser and the website.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or its information-handling practices.

The “Last updated” date at the beginning of the policy indicates when it was last revised.
